appears to be damaged under normal wear and tear, please take it back,
give your customer another pair and we will send you a replacement at no
charge with your next order.

displayed in your store for at least 60 days of your prime season,
please return the remaining glasses and display to us with a check for
the glasses you sold plus the shipping.

does not sell you can send it back.
